Join us as we embark on this joyous journey of faith and learning together.
Confirmation
Sunday mornings, from 8:30-9:30 a.m., 6th-8th grade, taught by Pastor Blobaum.
What is Confirmation? Our Confirmation program is in obedience to the risen Christ’s command. Prior to his Ascension back up to heaven, Jesus commissioned his disciples to make disciples of all nations, and to do so in the following way: 1) Baptism and 2) instruction in the Christian faith. For those youth who have been baptized, Confirmation class corresponds to the second aspect of Jesus’ Great Commission – instruction in how to live as citizens of the kingdom of God, into which they were baptized.
